The system keeps watch on inspection deadlines, stores records of completion, tracks consumption by building as well as the occupancy of spaces — and it links to asset records and to energy monitoring, so a municipality or a manager sees the buildings as a whole. Below is what the system can do and where it already runs.

The boiler room in a school is inspected once a year. The date is kept by one person in one notebook. When they leave, the overview leaves with them — and it only comes to light at an inspection.
A municipality does not buy technology, a municipality carries responsibility. For inspections being done on time, for the documents existing and for someone being able to say what each building costs. The system does not do it for you — but it makes sure it is not forgotten and that it can be evidenced.
Statutory deadlines, planned dates and evidence of completion for a specific site and item of equipment. The system gives notice in advance, not after the deadline, and the record stays in the register even after the person who arranged it changes.
Electricity, gas, heat and water for each individual site — schools, offices, cultural centres. The figures are compared between buildings, so you can see which site stands out and where a measure makes the most sense. The same figures serve as the basis for reports and for grant applications.

Energy monitoring measures what is being consumed now. The installed sensors send data continuously and you see any deviation in real time. Building management records what is in a building and what it has cost — works with properties, dates, documents and billed consumption. The two can be run separately or together.
If you need to prove that work in the field was actually carried out — mowing, winter maintenance, waste collection — that is handled by service quality monitoring.
Measurement of consumption and of the environment in municipal buildings has been running since 2024 in the self-governing region, including school buildings. We measure electricity, water, heat, domestic hot water, gas and photovoltaic generation, plus CO2 and meteorological data. The manager sees the sites side by side in a single portal and compares them with one another.
The modules for inspections, spaces and building documentation run on the same foundation and are ready for deployment. We start with a pilot on one building — on your sites and your documents, so that you see the result before the scope is decided.
A school, a cultural centre, a fire station and street lighting each have a card with what belongs to them and who manages them. The stocktake is then done from the records, not from scratch.
