Systems for industry and services

Data acquisition from equipment and sensors

From the sensor to the overview dashboard. We collect operating data from production, energy and buildings — over industrial fieldbuses Modbus, M-Bus and RS-485, radio networks LoRaWAN, IoT sensors and own hardware for reliable acquisition in the field and in production.

We store the data and pass it to the systems that evaluate it: production traceability, service monitoring and energy monitoring.

Data from devices that "cannot provide it"

Fieldbuses, radio networks and our own hardware where none of that is enough. We turn old machines, meters and sensors into a single source of data.

From sensor to dashboard

We collect data from machines, meters and sensors via industrial protocols Modbus, M-Bus, RS-485, radio networks RACOM, modules ADAM, LoRaWAN sensors and Bluetooth beacons — including our own hardware. We clean the data, store it in time series and make it available in dashboards and reports.

Where it runs

  • Monitoring of high-voltage networks — line fault indicators on 22 kV lines for electricity distributors (2023, 2024).
  • Energy monitoring of buildings — LoRaWAN consumption meters across dozens of buildings.
  • Manufacturing operations — data acquisition from machines for OEE and traceability.

Data acquisition right at the machine

A unit at the machine reads states and counts and passes them on. The machine stays as it was — all that is added is a place where you can look at what it actually did.

Experience in this area

We collect data from devices that nobody designed to communicate with the web. Two projects from our references:

Energy · Nuclear power

Data from stations and from vehicles

We collect radiation, technological and meteorological quantities from fixed stations and from monitoring vehicles and store them in an archive.

Data acquisition from fault indicators on 22 kV lines

Line indicators report a fault via a concentrator, so it can be located immediately and the outage is shorter.

Frequently asked questions

Which protocols and fieldbuses do you support?
Industrial protocols Modbus, IEC 60870-5-104 and M-Bus, RS-485 fieldbuses, LoRaWAN and RACOM radio networks, Bluetooth beacons and ADAM modules — including our own hardware where a standard solution is not enough.
What if the machine has no interface?
That is a common case too. The data can be obtained by adding sensing (cycle, consumption) or by a terminal at the machine, where the operator reports output. The machine itself is not interfered with.
Do we have to cable the building for the metering?
No, if radio transmission can be used — LoRaWAN meters communicate with a gateway within signal range, so no cabling is needed. Meters can also be connected via M-Bus, RS-485 or pulse outputs.
Where does the data end up and who has access to it?
We clean the data, store it as time series and make it available in dashboards and reports. The portal can run on your server or with us — the decision is yours.
Can data acquisition be connected to the system we already have?
Yes, that is its purpose: we pass the data to the systems that evaluate it — production traceability, service monitoring and energy monitoring.
