Proof of work carried out

Mowing, waste collection, cleaning. The work is recorded where it was done, and both the report for the council and the supporting evidence for inspection come out of it on their own.

Evidence what was done — without photos on a phone and Excel in the evenings.

What actually changes

Recording on site

The worker records the task directly in the field — where, when, with what and for how long. It works even where there is no signal; the data is sent once the phone is back on the network.

Without entering data twice

The clerk retypes nothing. What was created in the field is at the same time the basis for the report and for the records.

You can see the connections

Every record has a location, a time and the equipment used. The question "when was this last done" is answered by the system, not by memory.

What this covers

Mowing and green space maintenance

A municipality's areas have their boundaries and their history. When mowing, the area, the date and the machinery are recorded — and it is clear which playground was mown a week ago and which is still waiting.

  • Areas and their boundaries in a single register
  • A record of mowing with the date and the machinery
  • An overview of what was done during the season and what was not

Waste collection and street furniture

Containers, bins and street furniture have a location and a condition. A record is added on collection or repair, so it can be evidenced when a container was last emptied or a bench repaired.

  • Records of containers, bins and street furniture
  • A record of collection, repair and replacement
  • Evidence in the event of a complaint from a resident

Street cleaning

Pavements, the square, stops, winter maintenance. The task is recorded on the spot and it is clear from the record who carried it out and to what extent.

  • Recording a task at a specific area
  • Winter maintenance with the time of the intervention
  • Overview of the deployment of people and equipment

What you get

It is not just a record in a system. The entries made in the field produce the documents the municipality has to have anyway — and they are produced as work goes on, not at the last minute before a meeting.

  • Report of work carried out for the period, ready for the meeting
  • Supporting evidence for inspections and for the municipality's chief auditor
  • History of jobs at a specific place or site
  • Overview of the deployment of equipment and people

How to start

01Site survey

We will go through the agendas and the sites concerned and say what can be started straight away.

02Pilot

We deploy one part and let it run for one season — without major interference in the rest of the office.

03Extension

Once the pilot works, we add sites and people. The data stays in one place.

Frequently asked questions

Do the workers need expensive phones?
No. The entry form is designed for ordinary phones and for working in gloves — few fields, large buttons.
What if there is no signal in the field?
The record is stored on the device and sends itself as soon as a connection is available.
Can a record be edited after it has been submitted?
Yes, but the change is visible — the original record is not overwritten; a correction is added to it with a time and an author.
