Assets, buildings and energy

The school, the community centre, the fire station, street lighting. Assets, their condition, inspection deadlines and consumption in one place — and in a form from which a document can be produced.

One register from which you can carry out a stocktake and also explain an invoice.

What actually changes

One list, several tasks

An object is described once and serves stocktaking, inspections and energy alike. The data is not entered a second time.

Deadlines with advance warning

Inspections and checks have a due date and an advance reminder — not one the day after.

Figures, not impressions

Consumption, interventions and changes to assets are all dated records, so they can be compared and documented.

What this covers

Asset stocktaking

A stocktake is not started from scratch. It builds on the existing register and changes are added — additions, disposals, transfers between sites.

  • Asset record with location and responsible person
  • Additions, disposals and transfers with a record
  • Supporting document for the stocktaking committee

Building management and inspections

The municipality's buildings have their equipment and the deadlines that go with it. The system keeps watch over them and, for each job, remembers the document, not just the date.

  • Register of buildings, parts and equipment
  • Inspection and check deadlines with alerts
  • History of interventions and attached documents

Energy in municipal buildings

When an invoice for heat or electricity arrives, the municipality needs to know what is behind it. Consumption is tracked by building and by metering point and compared with the previous period.

  • Consumption by building and supply point
  • Period comparison and deviation alerts
  • Supporting material for checking invoices and for grant applications

What you get

From a single register you can pull out what the municipality needs to document during the year — for the auditor, for a committee and for the energy supplier.

  • Overview of upcoming and missed deadlines
  • Property record card with a history of interventions and documents
  • Supporting document for the stocktaking committee
  • Overview of consumption by building and period

How to start

01Site survey

We will go through the agendas and the sites concerned and say what can be started straight away.

02Pilot

We deploy one part and let it run for one season — without major interference in the rest of the office.

03Extension

Once the pilot works, we add sites and people. The data stays in one place.

Frequently asked questions

We keep our records in Excel. Will we lose them?
No. We can import Excel and use it as the starting state.
Do we have to buy new energy meters?
Not always. First we look at what can be read from existing devices and from the supplier.
Can one person at the municipal office manage it?
Yes. Day-to-day operation is about confirming tasks, not about entering data.

We will show you it for your own municipality

Write to us about what you are dealing with — sites, work or consumption. We will go through the scope and show what it would look like with your data.
